TSN and its subsidiaries currently own have a 25% equity interest in TSI India.
In addition, TSN entered into a value-added reseller agreement with Novatti in April 2017 to market a range of Novatti’s payment solutions to the Indian market.
Moving forward, TSN aims to grow its business portfolio through either through corporate venturing, equity participation and partnering.
