Welcome to Transaction Solutions International Ltd (TSN)
TSN is an ASX listed company, focusing on financial payments and technology.
We currently have a 25% interest in TSI India (TSI), which manages a network of 14,000 ATM machines for 35 Tier-1 banks in India. In addition, TSI has introduced new products and services, such as e-surveillance and power management, to these banks; and expanded the payment solutions to utilities.
More recently, we are pursuing a cyber security acquisition strategy. In August 2017, we acquired Decipher Works Pty Ltd. a cyber security specialist based in Sydney. It has a highly respectable client base consisting of some of the largest banks, institutions and corporations in Australia.
We continue to look for opportunities to grow our business, by leveraging on our client base, business network and market knowledge. We aim to work side-by-side with our partners and affiliates to jointly create value in the opportunities that we target.
